I created this blog after being so cruelly and blatantly scammed by VccGhana.com now http://ghtutor.com/, now VccGhana.net/, now drtools1.com and a so called EFE PETER (do not know if this is a real name). He registered his domain name with the name PETER MENSAH. I want to warn others so that they do not fall into the hands of this SCAMMER and his Scam website www.vccghana.com now http://ghtutor.com/
The Guy is now operating under the following names:

This is the way the stupid guy operates. First he has a website www.vccghana.com now http://ghtutor.com/ now VccGhana.net/, now drtools1.com with stolen and copied write-ups which so unfortunately ranks on Google. So he is getting visitors continuously from Google. What he does is suck you in with his write-ups which appears useful especially to people in West Africa. His telephone numbers are clearly stated there. So you call him and that is where he sets out to scam you.
You want to order any of the products or service advertised on his website. You ask him how long it will take him top deliver and he will tell you it will take just an hour. Well for download products, there is nothing unusual here. I myself, I have instant downloads for all my digital products.
He will give you his payment details and once you send your money to him by any of the Mobile payment system which obtains in Ghana and other West African countries, your money is gone. He will no longer respond to your emails or take your phone calls. YOU HAVE JUST BEEN SCAMMED!

I purchased a usa rdp and created the paypal account. To create one you will need a usa address, usa phone number for verification
To get a usa address, go to www.usaddress.com. I prefer to use this other than fakename generator because it is a forwarding company, so in the event that they need to send you any document to verify
your address, you will actually receive it at the address they will give you, then you forward it to Ghana
To get your usa phone number that you can use to verify the paypal account, there is a legit company that has representation in Ghana
Go to: www.freqmultinetwork.com
There number to the company is listed right on their site, both mobile and landline. That is where I bought my usa number from, and it is for lifetime.
Now you need to get an rdp that you will use to create the account. I created mine with my ghana ip but just to be on the safe side. I bought my rdp from www.webpundits.in
You need to buy the rdp to match the state that your us address that you get from usaddress.com is in.
Once you have these, you will be good to go.
Steps:
1. Log onto your rdp and open paypal
2. Fill in the details with the usaadress you got from usaddress.com and the us phone number
3. You can use your own name to open the paypal account. Makes it easier in case you have to verify your address.
Also I opened mine when paypal was accepting payoneer bank account but they do not accept payoneer anymore, so as of now, I cannot recommend any bank but once you are able to verify with the phone number, you are good to go

To fund it, its simple, follow this site www.zenitincome.com, they are the cheapest e-currency company here in Ghana and they are legit 100%. I have been buying bitcoin, PM and Paypal from them. There is nothing on that his site; it is all copy and paste. Just do a search on Google for any info you want instead of visiting that his devilish website.

DeleteIt is a big headache to deal with PayPal since they do not yet support Ghana. If you open and put in money into a PayPal account, they will most likely block the account and hold your money. U don't want that happening to you.
Like I asked, why do you need PayPal? Maybe i can point you to the right alternative. Just take a look at the link I provided above. Maybe that is what you really need , not PP.

Delete@John Ofoegbu. Yes I am still using Payoneer - one of the best asset i Have for my online business. For the postal ode, if you have a P. O. Box that you are using, just put that. e.g. P. O. Bo AC 4521, you an use the last part - AC 4521. Click on the banner on the top right and I will direct you on how to get the Card to Ghana if there is any delay.
Deletei just don't get some people, i have a paypal account which i have used for 2 years and still using it. I verified it with virtual credit card and virtual bank account from openvcc and it worked but the problem is that paypal will limit your account if you use VCC and VBA to verify your account and you dont want that to happen to you. My account which had over $150 was limited and i never gave up with that, i was told to present my passport and utility bill before it got unlimited by those paypal guys but because i knew how to use photoshop i did myself some editing with a U.S passport and utility bill from arizona and HOLA!! it worked like magic. i received a message a week after that my account has now been unlimited and from that day onwards, nothing has happened to my account. Believe me paypal is the best right now and it can be tough to have the account but if you get, there are so many opportunities with that. I sell my websites online and i get paid directly to my paypal account without any problem

DeleteUnfortunately our country is not yet supported by the company. Many attempts to circumvent this has resulted in hardship and regret for many. Many has lost money to scammers like Efe here and some had their acts and monies locked up for 180 fays and many often things.
